    Recommendations are organized around the work that will matter most for photography, showings, and a confident market launch. Written-plan clients receive a four-phase timeline for decluttering, repairs and paint, styling, and photo prep.

    Custom reports and written action plans are emailed within three business days. With Premium, the extra $100 includes both the longer walkthrough and a 30-minute follow-up call once the work is underway.

No. The Nest Check is a consultation and recommendation service. Hands-on styling is available through Nest Building or Featherlight Photo Prep, and targeted decluttering is available through Defeathering Your Nest.
