The homeowner decides what happens to every belonging and arranges any third-party movers, haulers, storage, donation, or disposal services.

Optional local totes
Totes may be available for $3-$5 each per week for local moves. Packing materials are $25, with $15 refunded when eligible materials return in reusable condition.

No. It is targeted, presentation-focused decluttering for selected rooms and high-impact visible areas before staging, photography, showings, or a local move.
Who decides what gets donated or thrown away?
The homeowner makes every final decision about what to keep, donate, discard, sell, or store. Hummingbird provides visual-editing guidance and hands-on support within the approved scope.
Does Hummingbird haul donations, trash, or storage items?
No. Moving, hauling, disposal, donation drop-off, storage, and transportation of client belongings are not included unless a separate written service is approved.
Can I rent packing totes?
Totes may be available for local projects at $3-$5 per tote, per week. They must be returned empty, clean, and in good condition, and Hummingbird does not move or store the packed totes.
